23x54 Traditional House Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My plot measures 23 ft × 54 ft and I want to turn it into a comfortable, traditionally styled two-story home. On the ground floor the layout must include a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen; from there, circulation, staircase position and service areas should flow naturally.
What I need from you:
• Dimensioned floor plans for both stories that make the most of the narrow frontage and full depth.
• At least one façade elevation that captures a warm, traditional aesthetic.
• Files delivered in PDF for easy sharing plus the editable CAD source (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) so I can hand it to local engineers later.
