Traditional Home Layout & Structure

I’m preparing to build a compact residential plot. I am planning to develop for three floor—

1- Basement
2- first floor for living
3- 3 Room set for rent purpose.

and I need a complete set of drawings that reflect a traditional architectural style. The scope covers four tightly connected tasks:

• A clear floor-layout plan that shows circulation, furniture zones, and optimised use of the limited footprint.
• Structural drawings (foundation, framing, roof details) ready for an engineer’s review.
• Room-by-room space planning that balances comfort with efficiency.
• Ventilation and exhaust schematics so fresh air flows properly and moisture or cooking fumes are channelled outside.
1- Total Plot size is 30*30 Feet East facing.
2- I need base ment design with no room and no toilet or no kitchen. but entry should be via stairs not like car is going inside or basement. This basement will be used for residential purpose.
3- on first flor I need two rooms, 1 hall and dining area and 2 toilets
4- on second floor i need 3 room set with. each room should have 1 kitchen, toilet and bathroom for rent purpose.

AutoCAD or Revit files are preferred alongside printable PDFs. Please label every drawing, note dimensions in metric, and keep revisions open until the final set fully aligns with local code and the traditional look I have in mind.
