Traditional 2-3 Bedroom House Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a complete concept package for a cosy, traditional-style home that will ultimately serve a young family. The design must include two to three comfortable bedrooms and a properly integrated home office—not a converted closet, but a daylight space that feels purpose-built. Flow, natural light and efficient use of square footage are all priorities; ornate period details are not.
You will turn my rough sketches and notes into clear architectural documents I can hand to a local architect and builder.
Deliverables
• Scaled, fully dimensioned floor plan (PDF + editable source in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or similar)
• Front, rear and side elevations showing exterior character in a traditional vocabulary
• Simple 3-D massing or colour render that lets me visualise the façade and roof lines
• One revision cycle after I review the first draft
Acceptance criteria
• All rooms labelled, doors and windows scheduled, minimum dimensions noted
• Home office positioned for quiet and light, with space for built-ins or a small meeting table
• Layout demonstrates sensible circulation between bedrooms, common areas and outdoor access
