Traditional 3-Bedroom Home Blueprint
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to move forward with a full architectural plan for my future home and need a designer who can translate my vision into build-ready drawings. The house should follow a traditional style, include three well-proportioned bedrooms, and feature a dedicated home office that feels connected yet quiet enough for daily work.
Scope and expectations
• Produce a detailed floor plan that optimizes flow between common areas and bedrooms while respecting traditional proportions.
• Provide exterior elevations capturing classic elements—pitched rooflines, balanced window placement, and welcoming front porch detailing.
• Deliver a basic 3D exterior visualization so I can see how the façade materials and roof profile come together.
• Supply dimensioned drawings in both PDF and native CAD (DWG or similar) formats, ready for my local engineer and builder.
• Allow at least two revision rounds to fine-tune room sizing, storage, and the office layout.
Key considerations
– Keep overall square footage efficient yet roomy for a family.
– Include practical storage solutions—linen closets, mudroom space, and built-ins where they make sense.
– Ensure the home office has good natural light and can be closed off acoustically from the main living areas.
– Design with typical North American building codes in mind; I’ll share site specifics and any municipal requirements once we start.
