Traditional 3-Bed House Plan Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m ready to move forward with a detailed plan for a single-family, three-bedroom home that follows a traditional layout with clearly defined, separate rooms. I have the lot dimensions and basic zoning information on hand; what I need from you are the professionally drafted drawings that turn those parameters into a build-ready design.
At minimum, please provide:
• Scaled floor plan for each level with room labels and dimensions
• Front, rear, and side elevations that align with the traditional style
• A simple site plan showing building placement, setbacks, and parking
If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, let me know—DWG or RVT files will make coordination with my local builder smoother. A PDF set is essential, and a 3D exterior perspective would be a welcome bonus for visualizing curb appeal.
I’ll review the preliminary concept, request any tweaks, and then we can finalize the construction set. Let’s create a classic, comfortable layout that’s easy to build and even easier to live in.
