Traditional 3-Bed House Blueprints

I have a single-family residence in mind—three bedrooms laid out in a classic, balanced, traditional style—and I’m ready to turn my sketches into a full construction package. The lot dimensions, zoning notes, hand-drawn floor plan and inspiration photos are already prepared; now I need a professional set of blueprints I can submit for permits and hand straight to the builder.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plans for every level, fully dimensioned and labeled
• Front, rear and side elevations that reflect the traditional aesthetic
• Building sections clarifying ceiling and roof heights
• Foundation and roof framing plans
• Door and window schedules plus a simple electrical/lighting layout
• Clean, well-layered CAD (DWG/Revit) files and print-ready PDFs

Acceptance criteria: compliance with local residential codes (I’ll provide specifics), clear dimensions for every room, and editable source files organized by layer.
