Townhouse Floor & Evacuation Plan

I have a three-level townhouse and need a professional to turn my hand-drawn sketches and room measurements into a polished, code-ready floor plan that also incorporates a clear evacuation plan.
What I will supply
• Rough draft of each level (ground, first, second)
• Exact dimensions for every room, hallway, stairwell, and balcony
What I need from you
• A clean, scaled drawing of all three floors showing walls, doors, windows, staircases, and room labels
• Room dimensions called out directly on the plan so anyone can verify square footage at a glance
• An overlay of evacuation routes that offers multiple, clearly marked paths to the exits on every level—safety redundancy is a must
• Concise legends and directional arrows so the plan is intuitive for residents and inspectors alike
Map should include locations for fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and flashlights.
Preferred tools are up to you—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or another industry-standard platform—as long as the final file is easy for me to share digitally and print at high resolution.
