Townhouse Facade & Plan Fixes
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m renovating a three-storey townhouse and already have floor plans plus an AI-generated façade concept I’m happy with. What I now need is a cohesive package that unites the two.
Here’s the scope:
• Update the existing drawings so the interior layout and structure truly work. That means tightening room layouts and correcting any structural conflicts you spot along the way.
• Develop the exterior façade so it mirrors the AI concept, staying faithful to its industrial vibe—think honest materials, clean lines and a hint of warehouse character.
• Produce clear, construction-ready floor plans and elevations.
• Deliver a set of polished 3D renders (daylight and evening preferred) that showcase at least a couple of material/colour variations.
Id like a compete set of archectural plans to give to a builder to be able to quote.
I think with the floor plan and facade ihave be3n able to produce it would not take much effort to polish / complete
I’m aiming to move on decisions ASAP, so quick turnarounds and responsive communication will be important. Source files (DWG/Revit or similar) plus high-resolution imagery should be part of the hand-off, and I’ll share the current plans and AI façade reference.
If you’re comfortable refining plans, matching an established design language and visualising it all in compelling renders, I’d like to get underway right away.
