Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
My upcoming build is still at the concept stage, so I need a licensed structural engineer to step in early, develop the structural scheme, and carry it through to a permit-ready package. At this point I have only rough sketches; no finished architectural set is in place yet.
Experience with analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD will help streamline the process, but the critical factor is clear communication and timely delivery.
