U.S.-Licensed Structural Engineer Needed for Ongoing Revit-Based Project Support

I am looking for a Structural Engineer licensed in the United States to provide additional capacity on an as-needed, ongoing basis.

I am a licensed structural engineer and need someone who can not only design structural portions of projects, but can also prepare and complete construction documents in Revit. The work will vary by project and may include:

Custom residential homes using conventional wood framing
Foundation design for pre-engineered metal buildings
Structural steel design
Concrete design
Structural calculations, framing plans, details, and permit-ready construction documents

I am looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while coordinating with an existing design team. Familiarity with U.S. building codes and the ability to prepare clear, coordinated Revit drawings is important.

Please provide your qualifications, states of licensure, relevant project examples, Revit experience, hourly rate or typical project pricing approach, and general availability.

The anticipated workload is approximately 40–60 hours per month, although that may vary based on active project needs. This could become a longer-term working relationship for the right person.
