My project is at the planning-and-design stage and I need a qualified structural engineer to take the lead on all calculations, drawings, and code compliance. The scope includes analyzing loads, specifying appropriate materials, and producing fully detailed structural plans ready for permit submission.
You will translate my architectural concept into a safe, build-ready structure, coordinating with any other disciplines as questions arise. Please indicate the software you prefer to work in (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS) and confirm that your deliverables will include stamped drawings (PDF and DWG) plus a concise calculation report.
