Structural Building Design Engineer Needed

I need a qualified structural engineer to take my building concept from sketches to a complete, code-compliant structural package. The project is still early in planning, so I will share architectural layouts and site information once we start; the final occupancy type is being decided, therefore the system you propose must stay adaptable until I lock in the use.

Your role is to develop the structural scheme, run the full analysis, size members, and prepare construction-ready drawings in AutoCAD or Revit, backed by clear calculation reports generated in ETABS, SAP2000, or a comparable platform that you routinely use. Please reference the prevailing building code you work with most confidently and note any specialty experience—steel, concrete, composite, or hybrid systems—that could help optimise cost and buildability.

Deliverables (PDF + editable files):
• Structural analysis report with load assumptions, modelling screenshots, and design checks
• General arrangement plans, framing plans, and all necessary sections/details
• Schedules for beams, columns, slabs, and connections
• Brief design narrative explaining methodology and code criteria
