We need a consultant to guide our team in the best way to build a seamless integrated workflow between AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks and Radan for company manufacturing HVAC Ventilation Systems.

The goal is a leaner, tightly connected toolchain that keeps those three core platforms—AutoCAD, Revit and SolidWorks—while either linking Radan seamlessly or identifying a smarter alternative. I’m open to phasing out any step that no longer adds value as long as data flows accurately from concept to cut list and everyone can view up-to-date geometry in real time.

What I’m looking for from you:
• A concise audit of the current workflow showing where data is lost or re-entered.
• A practical integration roadmap that details which native translators, plug-ins or direct APIs will sync drawings and metadata between the chosen systems.
• A proof-of-concept or script that demonstrates an end-to-end transfer—AutoCAD/Revit → SolidWorks → Radan—without manual intervention.
• Clear documentation and training notes so my team can maintain the solution after hand-over.

Acceptance is straightforward: if a sales drawing edited in AutoCAD can be revised, opened in Revit for client review, pushed into SolidWorks for manufacturing detailing and finally nested in Radan, all with geometry and key parameters intact and no manual re-keying, the project is complete.
