Steel Stud Shop Drawings

A single PDF already captures every plan and elevation for a four-level steel-stud home; what I now need is a clean set of shop drawings built directly from that file and issued on my title block. You may work in Tekla or Revit—either fits my workflow—and I will provide the CTB so plotting matches our office standards.

The scope centres on detailed wall and framing layouts, not just a basic structural outline. Every load-bearing wall, beam, column and connection must be fully called out, complete with Simpson C-CF connectors and the fire-rating notes that appear in the source PDF. Dimensioning, member tags, connector schedules and all required call-outs should read clearly at 1:50/1:20 scales once plotted.

Deliverables
• Tekla, ACAD, or Revit model (depending on your choice)
• Sheet-size PDFs for four floor plans and four elevations on my title block
• DWGs of the same sheets, plotted through the supplied CTB
BOM for each sheet
• A concise connector schedule referencing the Simpson catalogue numbers
• One combined PDF set ready for permit/GC distribution
