CA PE Stamped Solar Wood Structure

I have a timber mounting frame already drafted for a rooftop solar array here in California and I now need a licensed structural engineer who can take it the rest of the way to permit approval. Your California PE stamp is mandatory; please confirm you can legally stamp drawings in this state before responding.

Scope of review
The task starts with a thorough check of the current concept: structural integrity, every connection point, and the overall layout of the wooden support system. From there, I need the full set of structural calculations—load analysis, wind and seismic per CBC / ASCE-7, and connection strength checks following NDS for wood construction.

Calculations & drawings
Alongside the calcs, I’ll need refined drawings that show the support structures and all connection details in enough clarity for the plan checker. If you prefer RISA, SAP2000, or ETABS for the analysis and AutoCAD or Revit for the sheets, just let me know; I can supply the native files we already have.

Deliverables (all in PDF + the original CAD/analysis files)
• Sealed calculation report covering gravity, wind, and seismic loads
• PE-stamped permit drawings with updated support- and connection-detail sheets
• Any supplemental sketches or notes required by the jurisdiction
