Stamped Foundation Repair Design Review
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a concrete-form plan for a cracked foundation, complete with rebar layout. Before we proceed on site I need a licensed structural engineer to:
• Examine the current drawings against international building codes.
• Verify or adjust rebar placement, concrete mixture specification, and anchoring details so the repair will perform as intended.
• Affix your professional stamp to the final drawings.
• Supply a concise yet thorough report that walks through every change or confirmation you make, including the reasoning and references to the relevant code clauses.
You will receive the existing PDF drawings, sketches, and soil notes the moment we start. Deliverables must come back as a stamped PDF set ready for the contractor, plus the accompanying report in either PDF or Word. If you prefer to mark up in Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam just let me know—I can export to any of those formats.
Turn-around within a week would keep the project on schedule, but tell me what is realistic for you.
