Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I already have complete architectural and structural plans for four adjoining townhouses; what’s missing are clear, build-ready wall-framing details. I need a seasoned structural drafter or engineer to zoom in on every wall section, call out stud sizing and spacing, headers, lintels, hold-downs, bracing, fire-separation requirements, and any special blocking so the framers and the permit reviewers have zero questions.
You’ll receive the full drawing set in DWG and PDF, plus design loads and local code amendments. Using AutoCAD or Revit—whichever is more comfortable—overlay your framing on the existing sections and return polished sheets formatted for 24 × 36 permit submission.
Acceptance criteria
• Complete wall-framing plans, sections, and schedules for all four units
• Member sizes, species/grade, fastening, and connection notes included
• Dimensions and call-outs coordinated with the existing architectural drawings
• Sheets delivered in clean, editable DWG (or RVT) plus plotted PDFs
