Stage 3-5 Coordinated MEP Drawings
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need a full set of Stage 3-5 mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings that can go straight to Building Control for approval. The design must be properly coordinated across all three disciplines and presented with specific measurements, clear annotations and any necessary schedules.
You will be working from my existing electronic CAD/BIM model, refining and expanding it until every service is accurately represented. Revit and AutoCAD are the primary platforms in the current file set, so please keep all model links, layers and object styles intact to avoid re-work on my end.
Deliverables
• Coordinated Revit (.rvt) and AutoCAD (.dwg) files for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
• Sheet-ready PDFs showing plans, sections, elevations and key details with dimensions and notes
• Updated schedules (equipment, fixtures, cable, pipe) that match the drawings
• Clash-free model suitable for Building Control submission
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings reflect the agreed Stage 3-5 level of detail, including pipe and conduit sizes, circuit numbers, duct dimensions and fitting tags
• No unresolved clashes when the final model is run through Navisworks Manage
• File naming, layering and view templates match the existing project standard
• All views print legibly at 1:50 and 1:20 scales without manual tweaks
If this scope is clear and you’re comfortable integrating with an existing BIM workflow, let’s get started—timely coordination is key to meeting the approval deadline.
