Small Home Fire Sprinkler Plan Set
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a complete interior fire-sprinkler design for a compact residential property with two bedrooms. The layout must comply with current NFPA 13D requirements and be ready for local permitting and installer use.
The living room, bathroom and both bedrooms need sprinklers, so flow calculations, head spacing and pipe routing should optimise coverage in these zones while still protecting the remainder of the unit.
Please base your work on the floor plan I will supply (PDF and DWG). You may generate the design in AutoCAD, Revit, SprinkCAD or another recognised platform, as long as the final package contains:
• Marked-up drawings showing sprinkler head locations, pipe sizes and routing
• Hydraulic calculations and water demand summary
• Material and equipment schedule with model numbers
• Brief installation notes or legend that the contractor can follow
