SketchUp Model to Plans

I already have a complete building modeled in SketchUp and now I need it translated into a professional drawing set. The focus is strictly architectural: detailed floor plans for every level along with all exterior elevations. No structural or electrical sheets are required at this stage.

Because these drawings will be submitted for preliminary review, accuracy and proper drafting standards are critical—line weights, dimensions, room labels, door/window tags, and a clean, clearly organized layout are all expected. I am comfortable if you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or export straight from SketchUp Layout, as long as the final files (DWG + PDF) are fully editable.

Timing is my biggest concern; I need the finished drawings as soon as possible. If you can start immediately and commit to quick turn-around updates, you will be a perfect fit.

Deliverables
• Floor plans for each level (dimensioned, properly annotated)
• Four exterior elevations (matching the current model)
• Source files in DWG plus ready-to-print PDFs
