Site & Floor Plan Design

I’m working with a generous 28,000 sq ft plot and want a clear, build-ready package that covers both overall site planning and detailed floor plans. The house itself will be two stories, and I’d like the architecture to balance clean modern lines with warm traditional touches rather than leaning fully into one or the other.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A full site plan that situates the house, driveway, parking, landscaping zones, and any outdoor amenities while respecting local setbacks and maximizing natural light.
• Ground-floor and first-floor layouts that flow logically, show accurate room dimensions, and make smart use of the large footprint.
• Drawings delivered in a CAD-friendly format (DWG or similar) plus printable PDFs.

If you prefer Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or another platform, that’s fine—just let me know so I can confirm compatibility with my builder. Accuracy on scale, north orientation, and key elevations will serve as my acceptance criteria.
