Single-Story Home Plan Update

I already have a preliminary layout for a brand-new, single-story residential build and need it polished before moving on to full construction drawings. The goal is to refine circulation, verify dimensions, and make sure the spaces feel balanced and code-compliant.

You’ll receive the current PDF plan as a starting point. Work in AutoCAD, Revit, or the drafting platform you’re most comfortable with—just send back the native file plus a print-ready PDF when we’re done.

• My marked-up feedback incorporated
• Final, clean floor plan file + PDF
