I need a well-detailed floor plan for a compact, single-story residential home that will contain one to two bedrooms. My main goal is to maximise the liveable area while keeping the circulation simple and construction-friendly.

Please arrange an open-concept living-dining-kitchen core, position the bedrooms for privacy, and allow for at least one full bathroom and a modest laundry or utility niche. Natural light, logical furniture placement, and straightforward structural lines are priorities.

I will rely on you for a dimensioned layout in PDF plus the editable CAD file (DWG or equivalent) so my local drafter and builder can pick it up without redrawing. If you prefer using Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, or similar software, that is fine as long as the final files are clean and properly layered.
