Single-Story 3-Bedroom Plan

I need a basic preliminary house plan with dimensions. I have a floor plan image with markups I need followed. Do not need anything fancy just to submit for approval. No elevations, site plan, electrical nothing like that just the basic floor plan with dimensions.
