Single-Family Structural & Landscape Plans

I’m preparing to build a new single-family home and need complete residential structural design paired with a cohesive landscape plan. On the structural side, I require signed-off calculations, foundation and framing drawings, and any details needed for local permit submission. Once the house stands on paper, I also want the outdoor areas fully planned so both structures and surroundings feel designed as one unified project.

Please include:
• Structural drawings and calculations suitable for permitting (PDF + CAD).
• A landscape layout that complements the structural design, covering grading, planting zones, and hardscape placement.
• Coordination notes that show how the exterior layout ties back into drainage, footings, and any retaining elements.

I already have the lot survey and municipal guidelines ready to share. If you work in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM/CAD software, let me know so file exchange is smooth.
