Single-Family Home Construction Drawings
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I need complete architectural drawings for a brand-new single-family residence. The set should be ready for permit submission and for coordination with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
Core deliverables I’m expecting:
• Dimensioned floor plans for every level
• Scaled elevations on all sides
• Building sections and key wall sections
• Roof, foundation, and site plans (to the extent required for permits)
• Door / window schedules and a basic material legend
• A single, fully coordinated PDF set plus the original editable files (DWG or Revit preferred)
