Single-Family Home Architectural Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete architectural design package for a brand-new enebolig. The project starts at the earliest concept stage and runs right through to a permit-ready set of drawings. That means shaping the overall vision, refining a practical floor plan, detailing façades and sections, and presenting 3D visuals so the final look and feel are crystal-clear before construction begins.
Because this is a totally new build, I want efficient room flow, good daylight, and energy-conscious solutions that satisfy local regulations. Please work in the CAD/BIM platform you are most comfortable with—AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or similar—as long as I receive both editable files and print-ready PDFs.
Deliverables expected
• Concept sketches that communicate the design intent
• Dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for permitting
• A coordinated site plan showing building placement and basic landscaping ideas
• Exterior and interior 3D renderings for review and approval
The job is complete once the drawing set can be handed to my builder and the municipality without further revision.
