Singapore Revit BIM Design and Tender Package for an Industrial Warehouse with Ancillary spaces

Job ID: 40095375

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 SGD

I need an experienced Revit modeller to turn my existing CAD drawings into an Architectural BIM model that is ready for a design-and-tender submission in Singapore. The scope is LOD 200: walls, floors, roofs, basic fenestrations, and room data must all read correctly in both 2D documentation and within the federated model.

The model has to follow local guidelines—BCA BIM e-submission requirements, SS standards, and the usual naming, template, and coordinate conventions used on Singapore projects. All views, sheets, schedules, and tags must therefore drop straight into a tender set without additional clean-up.

Key deliverables
• Revit 2023 (or later) central model, clean, audited, and purged
• PDF drawing set generated from the model, formatted for A1 sheets
• Basic schedules (door, window, wall) extracted directly from the BIM
• A short modelling log explaining any assumptions or unresolved areas

I will supply the CAD plans and sections immediately after award. Your model should strictly follow them; any clashes or information gaps should be flagged early so we can resolve them before the tender deadline. BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud access can be provided if that speeds collaboration.

Accuracy, tidy work-sharing practices, and familiarity with Singapore submission standards are critical. If you have handled similar projects, share one reference so I can gauge fit.
