Simple Two-Story Floor Plan

I will send you the builder’s original drawings in digital form (PDF). From those, I need a clean, marketing-friendly floor plan of a two-storey home, scaled to fit a single A4 sheet. Please place both floors on the same page and keep the drawing lightweight: crisp wall outlines, clear room labels and key dimensions only; no furniture or construction notations.

The finished artwork must read well both on screen and in print, so vector output is preferred. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator—whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine as long as the scale is accurate and the lines are sharp.

Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF sized to A4
• An editable source file (DWG, AI or similar)

Acceptance will be based on correct scale, legible labels and dimensions, and an uncluttered layout that makes the plan easy for buyers to grasp at a glance.
