Shed Dormer Structural Plans

I need a complete structural package for a new wood-framed shed dormer on an existing residential roof. You’ll be working from my current, fully detailed architectural plans, so the focus is strictly on structural design, load-path verification, and code-compliant documentation.
What I need delivered
• Framing plans, sections, and connection details for the dormer and any required reinforcement of the existing rafters, ridge, and ceiling joists
• Calculations that cover gravity, wind, and snow loads, clearly showing assumptions, factors of safety, and references to the governing residential code
• Beam, header, and post sizing schedules plus fastening specifications (nailing, bolts, hangers) suitable for wood construction
• A concise summary sheet my local building department can review quickly
• Final files in both PDF for submission and DWG/DXF for future edits; native formats from AutoCAD, Revit, or similar analysis tools (e.g., RISA, SAP2000) are welcome if you use them
