I’m ready to move forward with a compact, 1 000 sq ft farmhouse laid out in an L shape. The interior needs to revolve around one generous, open-plan living area that seamlessly blends lounging, dining, and cooking zones, supported by a single, well-appointed bathroom. I’m looking for a complete architectural package—dimensioned floor plan, two elevations that highlight the L-shaped character, and a simple site placement sketch that shows orientation on a flat plot.

Please work in the program you’re most comfortable with (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) but provide the final files in both native format and PDF so I can review and share them easily. When the plan is finished, I’d also like a quick materials schedule noting exterior finishes and roof type, just enough for preliminary cost estimates.
