Scaled Garage & Extension Plans

I need tidy, fully-scaled drawings for a small rural renovation: a new detached garage, a single-storey side extension to the house, and replacement window openings in an existing barn. The core of the job is the floor plans for the garage, but I also want matching elevation sheets and clear mark-ups that show how the extension ties into the current structure and where each new window sits in the barn façade.

The drawings must read cleanly at 1:100 and be suitable for a straightforward planning submission in the UK. You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or any comparable package so long as the final PDFs plot to scale and I receive editable DWG or RVT files as well.

I’m flexible on schedule—quality matters more than speed—so there’s no hard deadline.

Please attach a selection of past work that shows similar small-scale residential projects. That will help me gauge style and accuracy.

Deliverables:
• Scaled floor plan of the new garage
• Elevation drawings for garage, extension, and barn façades
• Mark-up sheets highlighting new openings and structural junctions
• PDF set for submission + native CAD files
