Scale & Dimension House Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I sketched a full-house layout to capture my ideas, but the drawing is strictly conceptual—no scale, no measurements. I now need that sketch converted into a professional architectural plan for a residential property.
What I will provide:
• A scan/photo of my hand-drawn concept showing room arrangement and basic flow.
What I need back from you:
• A properly scaled floor plan of the entire house with clear, accurate dimensions. Trying to stay modest.
• A clean PDF for quick viewing and a DWG (or comparable CAD file) so I can continue working with contractors and consultants.
• One round of minor revisions once I review the first draft.
The concept is straightforward, so I’m mainly looking for precision, a logical selection of scale, and tidy line work that reads well. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or a similar tool and have experience turning sketches into build-ready drawings, this should be a quick, enjoyable project for you.
