Saudi Villa MEP BIM Modeling
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a villa prototype designed for Saudi Arabia and need the full MEP package brought up to Saudi Building Code standards. My current architectural plans are on hand but will require minor updates before we jump into services coordination.
Scope
• Update the supplied architectural drawings as needed for MEP placement.
• Develop a LOD-300 BIM model in Revit (or comparable BIM tool) for all three systems—HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.
• Route, size and coordinate every run, fixture, outlet and panel so the model is clash-free and ready for construction documentation.
• Produce system schedules, equipment and material specifications that reference the Saudi Building Code.
• Export clean, layer-organized DWG drawings for each discipline alongside the native BIM file.
I’ll be available to answer code interpretations and provide manufacturer preferences, but I expect you to drive the modeling process, spot any conflicts and suggest practical solutions.
Deliverables
1. Updated architectural base files (RVT + DWG)
2. Consolidated LOD-300 BIM model with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
3. Discipline-specific DWG extractions (plans, sections, details)
4. Equipment schedules and written MEP specifications compliant with Saudi standards
5. Clash report and coordination screenshots
