Saudi Code HVAC & Fire Review

Job ID: 39757121

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Several complete building models are ready, but I need a fresh set of expert eyes to confirm that every HVAC and fire-protection element truly satisfies the Saudi Building Code. You’ll open the Revit or AutoCAD files, run the required HAP load calculations, and then issue a concise compliance report that flags any deviation and recommends precise fixes.

Both disciplines are essential—mechanical for the HVAC load paths, duct routing, and equipment sizing, and fire for protection systems, evacuation paths, and smoke-control logic. The fire scope spans sprinklers and standpipes, egress strategy, and smoke management, so bring your NFPA knowledge alongside firm SBC familiarity.

Deliverables I expect:
• Marked-up drawings (DWG or RVT) showing each correction or confirmation
• HAP calculation sheets with input assumptions and results
• A narrative report summarizing compliance status and itemised recommendations

I value speed, but accuracy is paramount; please indicate how quickly you can turn around one typical mid-rise file so we can set a clear schedule for the remaining projects.
