STEP to DWG/BIM Conversion

I have a single .step file that now needs to live in an architectural workflow. Your task is to convert that model into two fully-editable deliverables:
• an AutoCAD-ready .DWG
• a Revit-compatible .BIM (RVT)
The files must hold up to industry-standard guidelines for architectural plans—clean layer structure, sensible naming, correct units, and geometry that can be referenced in larger building models without error. Please keep the DWG lightweight yet precise, and organise the Revit family so parameters and materials remain flexible for downstream users.
