Rework 3-Level Apartment Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I already hold full PDF drawings for a three-storey, four-unit residential block and a separate set of survey files for the site. What I now need is a fresh CAD package that reshapes the current scheme into two generous apartments on the lower levels plus a single, large penthouse on level three.
Key tasks you’ll tackle include converting the PDFs into an editable CAD format, re-planning the internal layouts so the unit count drops from four to two plus the penthouse, and weaving in any new amenities that naturally suit the larger floor plates. Once the internal changes are resolved, the whole building needs to be positioned on the surveyed lot and shown on a proper site plan .
Please supply:
• Clean, fully dimensioned CAD drawings (DWG + layered PDF) for all floors, elevations, sections and the new site plan
• Any schedules or notes needed to make the redesign clear for the next project stage
AutoCAD, Revit or a comparable drafting platform is fine so long as the files remain editable. Accuracy to the original survey and a layout that reads logically for consultants and local authorities will be my acceptance check.
