# Seeking Skilled Revit Illustrator for Technical Blog Content

## Project Overview
We are looking for a talented freelance illustrator with advanced Revit skills to create high-quality technical illustrations for our specialized blog. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right candidate who can translate complex written concepts into clear, professional Revit-based visualizations.

## Scope of Work
- **Content Analysis**: Carefully read and analyze each blog post to understand the technical concepts and visualization requirements
- **Illustration Creation**: Produce accurate, detailed Revit-based illustrations that complement and enhance the written content
- **Technical Accuracy**: Ensure all illustrations meet industry standards and accurately represent the concepts described in each article
- **File Management**: Deliver illustrations in multiple formats (high-resolution images for web, native Revit files for future modifications)
- **Revision Support**: Provide reasonable revisions based on feedback to ensure illustrations meet our quality standards

## Required Qualifications

### Technical Skills
- **Advanced Revit Proficiency**: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit
- **3D Modeling Expertise**: Strong ability to create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models
- **Rendering Skills**: Experience with Revit's built-in rendering engine and/or external rendering software
- **Technical Documentation**: Ability to create construction documents, details, and technical drawings
- **File Format Management**: Proficiency in exporting to various formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, DWG, etc.)

### Professional Skills
- **Reading Comprehension**: Excellent ability to interpret technical writing and extract visualization requirements
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to accuracy in technical illustrations
- **Communication**: Strong English communication skills for clarifying requirements and providing updates

## Project Details

### Deliverables Per Assignment
- Native Revit files (.rvt)

### Timeline Expectations
- **Typical Turnaround**: 3-5 business days per illustration set
- **Rush Projects**: Occasional expedited requests with 24-48 hour turnaround (premium rate applies)
- **Revision Timeline**: 24-48 hours for minor revisions

### Estimated Volume
- 4-8 illustration sets per month
- Each set may contain 1-5 related illustrations
- Potential for increased volume based on blog growth and performance
