Revit Wastewater Treatment 3D Design

Job ID: 39727503

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need a complete Revit model of an industrial wastewater-treatment and scrubber system. My current P&IDs are up to date and ready for you to reference, so the focus is on translating those schematics into a fully coordinated 3D environment that includes the complete piping layout, skids, tanks, platforms, piping racks, plus the body scrubber with all associated equipment.

Beyond the model itself, I also want you to lay out the civil reference points, equipment locations, and detailed piping routes so the plant can move directly from design to fabrication with minimal rework. From the finished model, generate both 2D shop drawings and isometric drawings for every line class and spool that will leave the shop floor, making sure all dimensions, elevations, and weld counts are clearly called out.

A consolidated bill of materials—covering pipe, structural steel, tanks, and every mechanical component—is essential for procurement and cost tracking. During fabrication and installation you will act as my technical lead: reviewing vendor drawings, flagging quality issues early, and recommending smarter fabrication or erection sequences whenever you see an opportunity to save time or material.

Deliverables
• Native Revit (.rvt) model with all piping, structural, and mechanical families
• 2D shop drawings in DWG and PDF formats
• Isometric spool sheets with weld, cut-length, and support tagging
• Comprehensive BOM in Excel, cross-referenced to drawing call-outs
• QC and installation support report highlighting clash checks, fabrication notes, and field-fit adjustments

Please keep all source files well-organized so future revisions are straightforward. If you work with Navisworks, Plant 3D, or similar review tools, mention that, as clash detection and coordination exports will be a plus.
