Project Overview
• I have already completed the architectural model in Autodesk Revit.
• I need assistance completing the structural, plumbing, and electrical layouts, and generating a clash detection report using Autodesk Navisworks.

Scope of Work

1. Structural Modeling
• Create structural columns, beams, and foundations based on the existing architectural model.
• Structural elements should align properly with the architectural layout.
• Provide structural floor plans.

2. Plumbing Layout
• Model plumbing systems including:
• Water supply pipes
• Drainage pipes
• Basic plumbing fixtures connections
• Ensure routing is realistic and coordinated with the building layout.

3. Electrical Layout
• Add electrical components such as:
• Lighting fixtures
• Switches
• Power outlets
• Create basic electrical circuit layouts where necessary.

4. Clash Detection
• Export the completed model and perform clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Run clash tests between:
• Structural vs Plumbing
• Structural vs Electrical
• Plumbing vs Electrical
• Provide a clash detective report with identified issues.
