Revit Structural Drafter Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m finalising the structural package for a new residential apartment complex and need a skilled Revit drafter to step in and model every core element—foundations, beams and columns, plus all floors and slabs—directly in Revit 2024 (or later).
The architectural model is ready, and my structural calculations are complete; what’s left is turning those numbers into a clean, clash-free BIM model with coordinated sheets ready for permit submission and construction in early 2026. You’ll receive marked-up PDFs, CAD backgrounds and my calculation sets on day one.
Scope
– Build the full structural Revit model from my mark-ups.
– Produce coordinated GA plans, sections and details for foundations, columns/beams and floor systems.
– Keep everything fully constrained and parametric so later design tweaks are painless.
– Share progress models and PDFs at agreed milestones so I can run quick reviews in Navisworks.
Deliverables (to sign off)
1. Native Revit (.rvt) model, cleanly organised with correct families, view templates and worksets.
2. Sheet set in PDF and DWG, ready for permit.
3. Clash report confirming zero hard clashes within the structure.
If you’ve handled residential mid-rise or similar apartment jobs before and can start within a week, let’s talk today—I’d like the first milestone package within four weeks.
