Revit Restaurant Concept Model

I’m ready to commission a fully modelled Revit (.rvt) restaurant concept and I’d like to see a creative blend of the two themes I’ve sketched out: the playful curves of a seafood venue inspired by a dolphin’s tail or a warm, earthy, Mediterranean façade with arched openings and geometric latticework. Feel free to interpret how much of each character makes it into the final scheme—as long as the result feels cohesive and not over-designed.

Key spatial targets
• Gross floor area: about 400 m² spread over two or three storeys.
• Indoor capacity for roughly 20 dining groups, plus an outdoor terrace or patio with mixed seating—some lounge clusters and some traditional tables.
• Hidden but fully functional kitchen, a compact till/drinks service point, and a signature circular bar that anchors the main floor.
• Plenty of ambient and task lighting inside; daylight can pour in through long windows or glazed arches, but artificial lighting should still read bright and inviting in the model.
• Soft ocean hues or sand-toned masonry outside, foliage and trees framing the building, and a clean overall layout—nothing too busy.

Deliverables
1. Native Revit file (only version 2025) with organised families, clean levels, and sheets set up.

Acceptance criteria: model opens error-free, total floor area sits within ±5 % of 400 m², seating count and key zones match the brief, and the outdoor/indoor circulation reads clearly. If these points are met, we’re good to go.
