Revit Residential house Model , Detailed Drawings and Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing building that needs to be fully rebuilt in Revit, then documented to an advanced level of detail. Once the BIM file is complete I will need a complete drawing set—elevations, roof and foundation plans, floor plan, door-and-window schedule, fully annotated sections and construction details—laid out as print-ready PDFs.
The construction detailing must be thorough enough for on-site use; quantities for cement, bricks, sand, concrete, truss members and roof tiles should all pull directly from the model so the materials list is reliable.
I work to specific design standards and will forward the exact documents as soon as the project begins. Please model with that future compliance in mind.
Because I also need presentation material, render the interior décor and exterior in D5 Render. When everything is approved, send me both the Revit (.rvt) file and the D5 source folder alongside the PDF drawing set.
Deliverables (all to advanced detail):
• Revit model rebuilt from my references
• Drawing sheets: elevations, roof plan, foundation plan, floor plan, sections & construction details, door/window schedule
• Automated material take-off including quantities listed above
• High-quality interior and exterior D5 renders
• Source files (.rvt + D5) and final PDFs
