Revit Residential Floor Plans
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a residential project that now needs clear, well-presented plan drawings built entirely in Revit. All rooms must be laid out in detail, complete with furniture so the client can visualise circulation, furnishings and overall use of space straight from the sheets.
I will supply the site dimensions and any hand sketches or references I already have; you take those inputs, model the building in Revit and produce clean floor-plan sheets ready for printing and PDF issue. The end package should include the native .rvt file plus plotted plans sized for A3.
Accuracy, tidy annotation and sensible furniture blocks are the priorities.
