Revit Research Centre Modeling

I need a full Revit Architecture model for an institutional-grade research centre that will house interconnected laboratories, administrative offices, and tiered lecture halls. The scope covers everything from core layout and massing to detailed BIM components ready for coordination with MEP and structural teams.

Here is what I will hand over:
• A site plan in DWG
• Basic sketches outlining the spatial relationships of labs, offices, and halls
• The local code excerpts that govern egress and accessibility

Here is what I expect in return:
• A clean, well-structured Revit file (latest stable version) organised with worksets and proper naming conventions
• Floor plans, sections, and 3D views suitable for schematic review
• Custom families for key research equipment where standard libraries fall short
• Schedules for rooms, doors, and lab casework generated directly from the model

All geometry must be natively modelled in Revit (no imported meshes) so clash detection and quantity take-offs run smoothly downstream. Please keep file size reasonable through judicious use of detail levels and linked models.

Once the initial model is approved, I will provide mark-ups for any refinements before sign-off.
