Revit Plumbing Family Creation

I need a seasoned Revit MEP content author who can translate our manufacturer-supplied product data into high-quality BIM families for pipes and fittings. The scope is limited to plumbing fixtures only, so HVAC and electrical content are not part of this brief.

I will provide the full product catalogue, technical sheets, dimensional drawings, and the specific brand standards we follow. Your job is to build parametric, category-correct Revit families (.rfa) that load cleanly, respect our shared parameter set, and flex accurately across the size ranges we supply. Every family should be lightweight for project performance yet visually precise in both coarse and fine detail levels.

Deliverables:
• Native Revit 2020 + .rfa files for each pipe and fitting type
• Associated type catalogues where appropriate
• A short PDF illustrating parameter behaviour, connection geometry and family usage

Acceptance criteria:
• All connectors map to the correct system classification and nominal diameters
• Materials, sub-categories and visibility settings align with the Autodesk Revit MEP content style guide
• No warnings on family load or flex tests
• File sizes remain within 500 KB for simple fittings and 1 MB for complex assemblies
