Revit 2024 Permit Drafting for Residential Permit & Construction Drawings

Looking for a reliable Revit drafter to take a clean schematic design (in Revit 2024) and build it out into a well-detailed permit and construction set.
The design is finished and the Revit file’s already organized — most sheets and views are laid out, and about 90% of the notes and details are ready to drop in from templates. Coordination will be simple through Revit file exchanges, and the work can be done in small batches, like three sheets at a time.
Scope:
Use my 2024 Revit file, title blocks, and notes (about 90% of details and annotations are already built in)
Produce a 20-page drawing set, including:
Floor plans, roof plan, and RCP
Elevations and sections
Wall sections, key details, and schedules
Follow redlines, keep sheets tidy, and stay consistent with the standards
The set can be broken into smaller chunks — plans, elevations, sections, etc. — depending on your pace or schedule.
Requirements:
Strong Revit skills (2024 or 2025)
Real experience creating full production/permit sets — not just models
Good eye for layout, line weights, and organization
Reliable communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Familiar with residential concrete construction and coordination with consultants
