Revit Models to IFC4 Conversion

Job ID: 39813373

Budget: £10 – £20 GBP

I have two independent 3 D Revit files that must be exported to clean, fully-readable IFC4 so I can run quantity take-off reports with confidence. The person taking this on should know the Revit IFC Exporter inside out—property-set mapping, level-of-detail controls, shared coordinates, the works—because both structural elements (columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, etc.) and architectural details (walls, openings, curtain walls, finishes) need to come through accurately.

The workflow is up to you—native Revit exporter, the open-source IFC Exporter add-in, or any other reliable route—as long as the final models open in Solibri and BIMVision without critical errors and the volumes, areas, and type data match what Revit reports.

Deliverables
• Two separate IFC4 files, one per original model
• A brief export log summarising key settings, warnings, and any known limitations
• Screenshot or report that shows a successful model check in Solibri/BIMVision with no geometry or property-set issues

Let me know which Revit version you’ll use and how quickly you can turn this around.
