Revit Modeling for Neighborhood Design

Job ID: 40352390

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a basic site plan for a new neighborhood and now need it translated into a clean, well-structured Autodesk Revit model. The goal is to develop a coherent neighborhood design rather than a single building, so careful attention to street hierarchy, parcel layout, shared open space, and the overall pedestrian experience is important.

Key points to include
• Accurate placement of roads, lots, and public spaces based on the provided plan
• Massing or schematic building footprints for typical residential types (detached, semi-detached, or townhouse as appropriate) so I can study density options
• Basic landscape zones (green buffers, pocket parks, community plaza) ready for further detailing
• Sheets or view templates that let me quickly produce site plans, sections, and a few perspective views

Deliverables
1. Revit 2022 (or later) project file (.rvt) with all geometry, families, and view templates intact
2. A short text file summarizing project browser organization and any custom families you create

Acceptance criteria
• The model geo-references correctly to real-world Northing/Easting I supply
• All elements snap precisely to the dimensions shown on my basic plan
• No missing or duplicate worksets; naming follows a logical convention

If you have strong Revit skills and enjoy urban-scale modeling, I’m ready to share the files and kick off right away.

I have uploaded the documents please review before messaging.
