Revit Model from Survey Measurements
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete plat survey and a set of field-verified dimensions for a residential project that is a simple rectangle 2 story plus basement wood frame house with a simple gable roof and a small gable at the 2nd floor bathroom. I need these translated into a clean Revit model that captures the home’s basic layout—exterior and interior walls, floor plates, and the roof structure. No plumbing, electrical, finishes, or intricate structural detailing are necessary at this stage; accuracy of the overall envelope is what matters.
You will receive the PDF survey, dimensioned sketches, and reference photos the moment we begin. Please work in Revit 2023 (or newer), name levels and grids clearly, and keep floor-to-floor heights and wall positions true to the provided measurements—within 1/4" where possible.
Deliverables:
• Revit (.rvt) file of the completed model
• One exported PDF set (plans and a 3D view) for quick verification
